Hi, I’m Vinod

Come along.

Every journey on this website started as one of his own.

Long before I started planning holidays for others, I was the person squeezing into overnight trains, chasing the cheapest buses, waking up at impossible hours for sunrises, getting lost in old streets, and taking roads simply because they looked interesting.

I’ve travelled across India not to tick destinations off a list, but to understand them.

Written from the road, not a brochure

I’ve watched the first rays of sunlight touch Kanchenjunga at Tiger Hill. I’ve stood quietly in the Himalayas when there was nothing to hear except the wind. I’ve shared tea with strangers who became friends, eaten at tiny roadside kitchens that never appear on Google, and discovered that the best memories almost never come from the most expensive places.

Those journeys taught me something important.

People don’t remember hotel room numbers.
They remember how a place made them feel.

That’s exactly how every Indian Banjara journey is designed.

We don’t believe travel should feel like racing from one sightseeing point to another with a checklist in your hand. It should feel effortless. There should be room for conversations, unexpected stops, local food, sunrise views that weren’t part of the itinerary, and moments that nobody could have planned.

Every itinerary you see here is inspired by places I’ve personally experienced, roads I’ve travelled, mistakes I’ve made, and moments I wish everyone could experience at least once in their lifetime.

That’s the difference between a package and a journey.

When you travel with Indian Banjara, you’re not just booking hotels and transport. You’re travelling with someone who’s genuinely excited about what you’re about to experience. Every recommendation comes from real footsteps, real conversations, and real memories — not copied from a brochure.

My dream isn’t to become India’s biggest travel company.
It’s to become the one people recommend with a smile.

Because years from now, I don’t want you to remember us for the booking. I want you to remember us for the stories you still tell.

So whether it’s your first trip to the mountains, a long-awaited family holiday, a honeymoon, a solo escape, or that adventure you’ve been postponing for years…

Come along.

Let’s collect memories instead of souvenirs, stories instead of selfies, and journeys that stay with us long after we’ve returned home.

See you on the road.
